POOLS with the 'AAAH' Factor
Our pools based in Lee-on-the-Solent and Waterlooville, are heated to between 32 - 35°C and are suitable for babies from newborn.

This is an inviting, warm pool situated just 2 minutes walk from the scenic views over the Solent. We have exclusive hire during our use. The changing rooms consist of two individual shower rooms and separate toilet.

Our swimming term is five weeks and each class lasts for 30 minutes
Monday classes are from 13:00 - 16:00 (Babies and Toddlers)
Tuesday classes are at 11am (Pre-School only)
Purbrook
The Physiotherapy Centre, London Road, PO7 5AB
This is a beautiful warm hydrotherapy pool with parking on site and a welcoming atmosphere. We have exclusive hire during our use. There are both male and female changing facilities and a shower. Family and friends are welcome to watch classes.

Friday classes are from 1 pm until 3pm
Sunday classes from 1pm to 4pm
